connection(Termtter::Connection) や twitter(Termtter::Twitter)にアクセスするための API を用意する

connection(Termtter::Connection) や twitter(Termtter::Twitter)にアクセスするための API を用意する必要があると思ってます。 どこからでも呼べたほうが便利なので。 あと、connection に関しては proxy の設定とかも絡んでくるので、統一されたやりかたが必要です。
以下のような感じでアクセスできると良いんじゃないかなー、と思ってます。
Termtter::Client.twitter
もしくは、
Termtter.twitter
それか、トップレベルに定義してしまってもいいかなー、とも思ってます。
