起動時に設定とかプラグインを読み込むタイミングをもうちょっとちゃんと制御できるようにする必要があると思ってます。

.termtter のすべての設定（configatron にセットしてるやつ）を取り込んでからプラグイン等の初期化が行われるようにしたい。
